Canada Job Match Service has a new rating system, which is already in effect from August 28, 2017. This new Job match service system is for provisional overseas workers. It’s for those who want to apply for work in Canada and are applicable under the TFWP. All Canadian employers hiring workers must do so under this system. Since they get good new talent, employers wouldn’t really ask why.

About the Job Match Service

The new job match service is a way to gain easy access for employers in Canada. They can match their requirements with workers from overseas through their Canada Job Service personal account. Implementing this new job match service will have effects on LMIA both for low and high wages.

Canadian employers can invite high skilled overseas workers who have a rating of 4 stars or more on the Job Match Service. The invitation for a particular job needs to be made within the first month of the job being advertised. The low-wage overseas workers who are eligible for work in Canada need to have a rating of 2 stars on the Job Match Service, as reported by the CIC news.

There is a video provided by the government of Canada explaining the Job Match Service properly. In order for the employers to find their perfect match for a particular job, they need to log in to their account, and all the accepted applicants recommended for the job will show up.

There is a clear green button that shows the anonymous people suitable for the job. This process makes it very easy for an employer to find suitable workers. They do not have to filter much through the initial process. The applicants who best fit the job profile are rated according to their profiles. They are then placed in order. The employer just needs to click on an easy “Invite to Apply” button for inviting an applicant. As an Amazon Associate, Icy Canada earns from qualifying purchases.
