During the summer, the first departure from Canada Place Cruise Terminal is at 08:30 am, while in the winter, it begins at 09:00 am whereas the last departure is at 05:00 p.m. during the summer and at 03:00 p.m. during the winter.
Please note that the Hop-on Hop-off Bus tour is not wheelchair accessible. Strollers must be folded on the buses, and children under 3 can ride for free without a ticket.
To obtain your physical ticket, simply show your smartphone voucher and alternatively, you can redeem your voucher at the Canada Place Welcome Center.
Entrance to attractions, food, drinks, and gratuities are not included in the ticket price. You’ll receive a bus map, stops, and additional information after purchase, and keep in mind that motorized scooters, wheelchairs, strollers, and luggage are not allowed on the buses due to limited storage and provincial laws.

Adult passes for the 24-hour Classic Pass can be purchased for $64.95, and the 48-hour Classic Pass is priced at $79.95.
