What to Expect at 100 Years of Warner Bros in Calgary?

Are you a devoted fan of the Warner Bros. cinema? Well, then you cannot miss out on honouring their 100th anniversary with Candlelight: 100 Years of Warner Bros. being held at the Lantern Community Church in Calgary on May 27, 2023!

Candlelight: 100 Years of Warner Bros is the latest edition of Candlelight concerts. 

Candlelight is a unique multi-sensory musical experience. A mix of captivating music performances by the Listeso String Quartet under the soft hue of hundreds of candles, Candlelight concerts are bound to leave you awestruck. Reserve your seats today!

Come for the music and aesthetic, and stay for the entire memorable event! 

1. Details about This Incredible Concert 

The concert, 100 Years of Warner Bros will run for an hour, giving you all the enchanting and soulful melodies. Make sure to be on time because late entry is not permitted! 

With entry to the venue permissible 30 minutes before the show begins, the seats will be assigned on a first-come first serve basis. Leave early and beat the traffic to grab the best viewing seats you can!

Candlelight: 100 Years of Warner Bros. is an all-inclusive show, and so the venue is accessible as per the ADA guidelines–no one gets left out!

Children and young people might especially cherish the themes from Warner Bros. children’s cinema. The minimum age requirement for admission to the show is 8

A heads up for teenage fans! If you are under the age of 16 then you must be accompanied by an adult.      

2. The Programs

The program of  100 Years of Warner Bros by Candlelight consists of music selections spanning from the early 20th century classics to modern hits

Made up of 15 different themes, the list includes the famous Harry Potter (Hogwarts’ Anthem), Batman (Main Theme), Friends title track, and The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (Suite).

3. Venue of the Concert

Candlelight: 100 Years of Warner Bros.’s venue is the Lantern Community Church in Calgary, built-in 1875 by the combined effort of blue-collar families residing in Inglewood. The Lantern Community Church aims to provide a welcoming space to everyone in the community.  

Apart from Candlelight Concerts, the Church also hosts numerous artists, producers, & Calgary community events

4. Tickets for the Concert

The prices of the tickets for witnessing and celebrating 100 Years of Warner Bros by Candlelight are available at CA$50.00 for Zone A and CA$40.00 for Zone B. 

While Zone A has the seats with the best views of the show, Zone B is the balcony, if you would rather prefer a more panoramic view of the performances; however, no matter where you are seated, you are assured to have fun and quality time.
