Although it is best for two people, family rooms are available too. You get a parking facility which doesn’t need to be reserved, although it’s not free. The Place is only 500 meters from Place des Arts & Museum of Contemporary Art. The Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is the nearest airport which is 16 kilometres away from the site. The clock tower beach is 1.3 kilometres away from the site. You also get a delicious breakfast, and there are multiple local restaurants by the lodge.

The UQAM Metro station is mere 20 meters away from the lodge. Old Montreal is a kilometre away from the hotel Montreal too.  The Gay Village is situated 800 meters away from the site, and Lafontaine Park on 750 meters.
